Congratulations Emily.
I was happy to review your photographs and proposal. After looking at your pictures, I immediately understood that you had discovered black and white film photography. Yes it is slow (as compared to digital photo), but it has a tonality and essence all its own. The fact that it requires quiet reflection and work, does give the photographs an extra layer of memory and caring.
I particularly like your commitment to qualities of light and the variety of subject matter. Clearly you love your dog....and he loves you. Your attention to small moments of beauty is evident in all your pictures. Good luck with your exhibition!
